It was amazing and very soul searching to have done Friday Night Oink in it's original place again after so long. Ironworks and OINk was my first DJ gig (first one given to me that is and not in my own club i built). I remember the night MountainBear and I walked into Ironworks when it was just starting out. I was a bit scared to ask Marcus for a gig, and he listened to what I had to say and he gave me the gig. Thus I became the first DJ at Ironworks and OINK was the first weekly party.
MeatJockey was the host and we had Kharissa and Vaan reprise their roles as Tammie Swinette and the Hog Dancers. All that was missing was the porn playing in the background. It was like all the years and incarnations of OINK rolled into one for one very special night. I miss my brother marcus Steeplechase, but I know he was smiling down on us from up there and enjoying every minute of the week long cvelebration in his honor.
