HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!

PIRATES COVE....THE NEW MYSTIC ISLAND CLUB VENUE WAS ROCKING!

On Saturdays now and then I do a set at Mystic Island Club (on rotation as you see from my DJ Schedule). Well I did a set yesterday there and it was awesome. Not just cause of the many awesome party goers (which of course are always good to see...yay perv camming), but due to the fact they changed the venue.

Yeah it is still on an IGBC sim in the Gay Archipelago. However, the club is not the luscious island/modern build we are use too, but a pirate treasure cavern build. They have the sim on a great windlight setting that makes partying awesome and picture taking look vibrant (see pictures below). The place was jumping and I think everyone dug the great atmosphere, build and all that cool eye stuff.

If you have never checked out this new build I think you should go for a party there...or just TP in and check it out to just walk around the place. They party there every Saturday either from 4pm - 6pm SLT (my usual time when I am spinning there) or 3pm - 5pm SLT.

NEW COCKWOOD DESIGNZ STORE IN GAY FUN WORLD!

Well technically not new as I always had one there, but now bigger and re-done. Oiswiss Decuir was out and about redesigning the shops for all the stores. He made them bigger and more modern. I moved mine to a bigger two entry corner street shop. I also love the fact that it is on Christopher Street. As a  gay New Yorker that kinda means alot to me.

Since it was new I took the time to redesign the interior and stuff. I really loved how it came out. Enjoy the pics and stop on down and maybe get yourself something from the shop. Alot of other great stores on that sim too so I guarantee you will not go home empty handed :)

GOLD STAR TO BEST IN GOLD AT TADD'S ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!

I still think gold is an unusual color choice for a party theme. I guess it is just me LOL. However, it does work quite well. The proof is in the pudding, as the party at Tadd's was amazing. Everyone was in such cool outfits. Great imagination and sexiness when into each one.

Luke was the host and Pourri was the sexy dancer. I DJed a good set of uplifting trance, hard house beats, and some great rock to dance remixes. The crowd was pumped and the gold was flinging everywhere.

7pm SLT is the time I DJ at Tadd's on Wednesdays. Come down and be apart of this great establishment. Enjoy the pics. They are all Gold Standard LOL.

RIP DONNA SUMMER

The Queen of Disco is dead.

With her dance hits and powerful voice, Donna Summer came to define the music of a generation.

Donna Summer died Thursday morning after succumbing to a long battle with cancer, TMZ.com reported. She was 63.

Born in Boston on New Year's Eve 1948, Summer came to define the sound of late '70s and early '80s radio with hits including "Last Dance", "Bad Girls" and "She Works Hard for The Money".

The five-time Grammy winner leaves behind two grown daughters, Brooklyn and Amanda, with her husband, songwriter Bruce Charles Sudano, as well as another daughter, Mimi, from a previous marriage.

Sources told TMZ that the singer was trying to complete an album at the time of her death.

She will be missed. I loved her stuff in the 70's and her new stuff thanks to some awesome producers and DJs in the 2000's

ADAM LAMBERT'S NEW ALBUM: TRESPASSING!!

Trespassing is the second studio album by Adam Lambert, originally scheduled for U.S. release on March 20, 2012. In mid-February it was re-scheduled for "May", to make room for new songs and collaborations. In late March, alongside the reveal of snippets of four album tracks, Lambert announced on Twitter that the album would be released on May 15, 2012. Lambert is the executive producer on Trespassing, as well as a principal writer.

The pirate I am, I already have this album and it is pretty hot. I already heard some remix promos already and will probably be jamming those out during my sets in the next few days. I plan on seeing him in concert for free at the MLB Fan Cave here in NYC on Monday May 14....YAY!!!

SATURDAY NIGHT FUN AT CLUB URSA ON 3BEARS RESORT

I had an awesome time DJing at the newly built club space on 3Bears Resort called Club Ursa. Always fun dancing among the stars and nature with sexy hotties and woofers. I played songs of old and new to rock the hard bodies out there on the dance floor.

If you like a fun time, without any theme or contests and just to relax and party, then you should definitely check out the Saturday Night Jam at Club Ursa. It's every Saturday from 6pm - 8pm SLT with DJ InsyX, Host Stefan, and Dancers Gwydion and Bryce.
