DJs NEEDED FOR PRIDE FESTIVAL...CONTACT ME HERE OR IN WORLD :)
Hello Fellow DJs,
I will be the DJ Manager for Second Pride 2010 festival this year. The festival run from May 29 – June 6, 2010. I am in the process of filling in the schedule for DJs to play at the park area in the middle of the shopping district.
Attached to this note-card is a texture of the schedule. Now everyone will get this same exact copy and some slots may be filled based on a first come first served bases. Of course I will let you know if a spot you choose is already filled or not.
DJs are allowed a 2-hour time period each, until April 1.
After April 1, DJs can add another 2 hours till May 1.
After May 1, all the spots are free, and DJs can add as many 2-hour spots as they want. This makes it fair for all DJs who want to play at Pride.
OTHER RULES AND BENEFITS:
This is a fundraiser and charity event, so NO TIP JARS are to be used at the Pride Festival. However, a DJ Fan Group Sign/Prim is acceptable. All donations should be directed to the Pride Kiosks for the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission. The IGLHRC is an international LGBTI 501(c)(3) non-profit based in the US and is "dedicated to human rights advocacy on behalf of people who experience discrimination or abuse on the basis of their actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
You will be playing probably for many people who has never heard you, or listened to you on a regular basis, so this/these sets will give you two benefits. 1) You will be enjoying playing for a nice crowd and making a difference. 2) You may come away from this with new fan base, which is always a good thing for people in our field of work.
Thank you so much for your interest in DJing at Second Pride Festival Week 2010. Please contact me (InsyX Piranha) as soon as possible in world or at firstname.lastname@example.org after receiving this note-card to discuss your slot choice and all you need to know.
